Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate end-to-end learner onboarding, ensuring activities are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • •Maintain accurate learner records, documentation, and system updates throughout the onboarding journey.
  • •Track upcoming apprenticeship start dates, learner volumes, and onboarding progress to support monthly start targets.
  • •Liaise with learners, employers, and internal teams to resolve onboarding issues and ensure requirements are completed.
  • •Work with Compliance to ensure onboarding documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with DfE Funding Rules and internal policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience or understanding of Learning & Development, ideally within a FE & Skills provider, with knowledge of the English Apprenticeship Levy.
  • •Experience onboarding learners to Apprenticeship programmes in line with DfE Funding Rules.
  • •Experience working within a regulatory environment and maintaining accurate, compliant onboarding documentation.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to deal with senior stakeholders.
  • •Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
