Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and support PLC-controlled automation systems including conveyor networks, sortation systems, goods-to-person automation, and AS/RS platforms.
  • •Diagnose complex controls issues across PLC logic, HMI interfaces, I/O systems, and industrial control networks; escalate advanced automation/controls problems.
  • •Interface with Systems and IT to support integration and troubleshoot automation-to-WMS/WCS data flow and operational synchronization.
  • •Lead data-driven root cause analysis, monitor automation performance data, and drive continuous improvements for uptime and system stability.
  • •Support scan tunnels/vision systems and assist with automation system improvements, upgrades, testing, and commissioning support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years supporting or engineering PLC-controlled industrial automation systems.
  • •Strong experience troubleshooting PLC/HMI systems and performing diagnostics.
  • •Hands-on experience with Rockwell and/or Siemens PLC platforms.
  • •Experience with industrial controls, sensors/drives, and data-driven root cause analysis.
