•Communicate issues and patterns to team leads/management and escalate as needed.
•May upfit new vehicles with required equipment and perform OEM recalls when required.
•Collaborate with parts and procurement teams to ensure timely parts availability and service delivery.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field.

•Preferred: ASE Certifications: A1-9, L1 in emission states where required by leadership.
