Service Manager overseeing Reliability Solutions (RS) Sales & Service Operations, coordinating RS Service Center, PDM, PAM service lines, and NSC ownership with a focus on billing, execution strategy for Portable hardware, and cross-functional alignment with internal/external teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Service Manager for the entire RS Team – Sales & Service Operation.
•Manage RS Service Center Repair team & Service Business and oversee PDM Service team.
•Lead Service Operation for PAM Business and ensure alignment with Service Sales POR.
•Coordinate with Internal Sales & Service Team and External Customers for reliability solutions (PAM, PdM, MHM, AMS, etc.).
•Own NSC and drive Hardware Guardian Support for Portable with execution strategy; ensure monthly billing for MHM Service Orders.

Key Requirements

•BE / B.Tech in Instrumentation / ECE / Electrical (candidates from other engineering disciplines with relevant experience may be considered).
•Experience managing Reliability Solutions service teams (RS, PDM, PAM) and service operations.
•Knowledge of the Reliability Solutions portfolio (AMS, PdM, MHM, PAM, etc.) and ability to lead cross-functional service delivery.
•Strong leadership, coordination with internal sales & service teams and external customers, and ability to meet POR and billing targets.
•Ability to drive regional service growth, provide technical guidance, and develop team skills.
