Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and support front-end engineering systems for the assigned product line.
  • •Support development of product line training documentation for engineering tools and processes.
  • •Manage MI system issue tickets and coordinate other Eaton resources to resolve them.
  • •Lead maintenance and improvement of systems (e.g., Bid Manager, MI Manager, POM) to meet stakeholder needs across product line and plants.
  • •Provide focal point and after-hours/weekend support for manufacturing plants; gather enhancement requests and maintain the front-end systems turnback/enhancement database.
  • •Support defect resolution for ServiceNow tickets by recreating errors and documenting findings with engineering, systems developers, and IT developers.
  • •Participate in product line meetings to drive best practices and knowledge sharing across teams.

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or Information Technology field.
  • •3 years of applicable experience with engineered-to-order (ETO) products and their associated configuration tools.
  • •Authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of configuration requirements and division systems/tools (e.g., Bid Manager, MI Manager, Design Automation, DCMS, POM, ENOVIA, MAPICS, AutoCAD).
  • •Proficient use of Eaton’s ETO software systems and AutoCAD, with experience applying object-oriented programming (VB.Net) and database development/management.
