Job Summary

Own the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for AI-powered shopping experiences across Sephora’s website and mobile apps. Lead continuous evolution of digital shopping through guided discovery, product diagnostics, personalization, and decision-support tools. Partner with product and cross-functional teams to translate business opportunities into scalable solutions, build business cases, and drive a test-and-learn approach using experimentation and KPIs. Manage direct reports and vendor relationships to shape a differentiated client experience.

•Develop and execute strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for AI-powered shopping across Sephora’s website and mobile apps.
•Drive evolution of digital shopping experiences (guided discovery, product diagnostics, personalization, decision-support).
•Partner with the Senior Director, AI Experiences to define future vision for the AI-enabled shopping journey.
•Evaluate emerging AI technologies and capabilities to identify opportunities that improve the client experience.
•Lead, coach, and develop a direct report; manage vendor relationships and align solutions with Sephora standards and strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 174,000 hourly

•Strong understanding of AI-powered consumer experiences including personalization and recommendation engines.
•Ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases that drive measurable outcomes.
