Job Summary

Own end-to-end FP&A Cost Management service delivery across cost data management, cost reporting, and cost analytics. Coordinate and challenge business plans and forecasts, conduct cost deep-dives and variance analysis, and deliver forward-looking COST MI and insights for executive decision-making. Enhance controls and documentation, remove manual processes, and quality assure outputs. Drive digitization and automation (including AI) to support financial targets and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Accountable for end-to-end cost management service delivery across cost data management, cost reporting, and cost analytics.
•Support and execute coordination, consolidation, review, and challenge of business plans and forecasts, including detailed cost deep-dive analysis.
•Enhance controls and documentation, remove manual processes, and quality assure associated outputs.
•Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision-making and deliver forward-looking COST MI and insights.
•Support digitization and automation of MI and FP&A cost processes using modern tools (including AI), and drive scenario-based business plan assessment and performance analysis.

Key Requirements

•Recognized professional accounting qualification (CA) or MBA from a Tier 1 institute with 8-12 years of experience, including leadership roles with senior stakeholder management.
•Strong experience across financial planning & analysis, financial accounting, and financial reporting, including business partnering in a business/group-facing process.
•Demonstrated track record of designing, implementing, and operating processes.
•Operations management experience including process governance and stakeholder management.
•Experience implementing and validating the effectiveness of process controls.
