Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the subject matter expert on technical accounting for complex transactions, initiatives, and evolving standards.
  • •Research, analyze, and document technical accounting conclusions for non-standard transactions in position papers.
  • •Own Purchase Price Accounting for current and future M&A transactions and manage equity accounting and administration with one direct report.
  • •Lead financial reporting for GAAP financials, including annual audited financial statements, debt covenant reporting packages, and audit collaboration.
  • •Own debt accounting end-to-end and drive financial reporting automation and process improvements through the Maximor implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
  • •Active CPA license or equivalent professional certification.
  • •10+ years of combined public accounting and industry experience.
  • •Deep technical accounting expertise and strong knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements, including ASC 805 and stock-based compensation.
  • •Experience in a SOX-compliant environment with strong internal controls.
