Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service at all times.
  • •Present menus, recommend when required, take accurate orders, and communicate efficiently to the bar team.
  • •Serve drinks and food (including cocktails, wines, spirits, and food items) according to service standards.
  • •Prepare and maintain bar seating areas and service stations, including cleanliness, clearing, and resetting tables.
  • •Follow cash handling and billing procedures and comply with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter, Bar Waiter, or similar hospitality role
  • •Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and bar service procedures
  • •Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • •Hospitality certification is considered an asset
