Participate in a customized onboarding and education program with rotations across operations, sales & service, lending, and small business to prepare for a Financial Center Manager role. Develop consultative selling skills to identify customers’ financial needs, deepen consumer and small business relationships, and support an integrated book of business strategy. Learn to source, coach, and lead a team, reinforce core values, and cultivate a One Bank culture through collaboration and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and all onboarding activities through program completion, including a Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•Build strong relationships with consumer and small business customers by delivering a memorable customer experience.
•Maintain working knowledge of the bank’s products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use the consultative sales process to identify customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team, reinforcing core values and business strategies while cultivating a One Bank culture.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
