Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business development, oversee engagement delivery and lead practice development for the defence sector.
  • •Oversee all aspects of business development for engagements and campaigns, including client outreach, proposals, solutions architecture, pricing strategy, risk review and compliance.
  • •Lead multiple delivery teams across various models, tempos and engagement scopes with quality control.
  • •Provide leadership for client interactions on delivery progress and validation, including with C-suite and senior management.
  • •Architect analytical workstreams and guide engagement teams; ensure timely QA and polished deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record in a seller-doer role in a management consulting firm.
  • •At least 10 years of management consulting and/or related industry experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Deep understanding of the defence sector and an exception network. Track record of work winning with either MOD or OEM clients.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal skills, client-service mindset and ability to act as a trusted adviser to clients.
