Key Responsibilities

  • •Deepen consumer connection by obtaining and delivering consumer insights to guide product and marketplace management.
  • •Develop seasonal merchandising strategy and planning, including range architecture, segmentation, lifecycle, pricing, assortment, and store layout.
  • •Plan and manage product creation with the creation team to deliver competitive, price-value products for special-channel growth.
  • •Manage business planning and performance, including seasonal sell-in, sell-in margin, sell-out targets, and other key product financial targets.
  • •Track and review business performance using DNA & MicroStrategy and manage systems/files (Master Range File, HUB, DMT & RMA), while collaborating cross-functionally to align assortment and KPIs.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in range management/product, with regional experience preferred.
  • •Strong category management and merchandising knowledge from the sports/apparel industry.
  • •Expert understanding of China market consumers and commercial needs (especially apparel) and ability to apply insights to strategy.
  • •Fluent English and strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel with Pivot, PowerPoint).
  • •Sporting goods industry experience required.
