Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direction to others and represent yourself as a leader.
  • •Operate as Manager when the Manager is off floor or not in the building.
  • •Ensure inventory accuracy by locating product, completing cycle counts, assigning storage locations, and managing inventory transfers.
  • •Complete receiving/shipping tasks: inspect inbound/outbound goods, match paperwork to actual items, resolve discrepancies, and close jobs (gatekeeper).
  • •Organize, plan, and prepare shipments for unloading or transit; complete picking and bin-to-bin transfers in the ERP system and scan QR/bar codes for basic pick transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in material handling and inventory control.
  • •Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide direction to others.
  • •Advanced computer skills and ability to read work orders/prints; proficiency with Excel-based reports.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active communication with employees and upper management.
