Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive program operational excellence by maintaining the Champion tech stack, documentation, and engagement health metrics.
  • •Optimize the program experience through annual surveys and ongoing feedback collection.
  • •Represent the Champion program across Champion Support and Platform/Delivery initiatives (including CRM migration and Perks & Rewards ecosystem updates).
  • •Serve as point of contact for enablement collaborations such as Champion Hub, lifecycle emails, and Champion Workshops.
  • •Handle first-line escalations and guide CPM next steps while engaging Champions via private Slack/community channels, forums, events, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience building, scaling, and influencing the strategy of community, advocacy, or ambassador programs, especially chapter or user-led models.
  • •Strong program operations ability, acting as a business-rules owner who defines outcomes, user journeys, edge cases, and maintains documentation/SOPs/tooling health.
  • •Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across multiple teams and countries.
  • •Excellent communication and writing skills, with stakeholder/partner relationship management and experience driving executive alignment.
  • •Comfort working autonomously while thriving in a team setting; experience in Atlassian products and tools like Slack, HubSpot, and Salesforce is a bonus.
