Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a working knowledge of production schedules and learn to read and follow schedule instructions.
  • •Form and assemble cases to meet production requirements and specifications.
  • •Monitor auto-filled bags or trays for required fill weight, seal quality, label placement, date code, and label accuracy.
  • •Report deviations from product requirements and ensure cases enter the case sealer correctly.
  • •Visually inspect products and ingredients; stop production and report serious deviations or equipment malfunctions; maintain housekeeping and assist with start-up, changeover, and shutdown activities.
