Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and define UAT scope and objectives.
  • •Prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios based on business process flows and requirements.
  • •Validate end-to-end workflows and ensure alignment with business expectations.
  • •Facilitate UAT execution by coordinating with business users and providing necessary support.
  • •Track, analyze, and resolve UAT issues in collaboration with development and QA teams; document results, feedback, and obtain formal stakeholder sign-off.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of STLC and UAT processes, including defining UAT scope from functional requirements.
  • •Ability to prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios from business process flows and requirements.
  • •Experience validating end-to-end workflows and ensuring alignment with business expectations.
  • •Knowledge of SQL and database validation, plus familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or ADO.
  • •Experience with testing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications; and knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
