Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Corporate Function leaders to translate enterprise strategy into workforce, capability, and organizational priorities
•Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior executives on organizational health, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and talent strategy
•Lead organization design initiatives, including structural evolution, spans and layers analysis, workforce optimization, and transformation planning
•Drive enterprise workforce planning and capability strategies, identifying future-critical skills and aligning investments with business priorities
•Lead succession planning and leadership pipeline development across Corporate Functions while supporting enterprise talent mobility initiatives

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field required
•12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including strategic HR Business Partner support to senior executives and enterprise functional leaders
•Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, succession management, and organizational effectiveness
•Proven experience leading transformation, restructuring, and change management initiatives within complex organizations
•Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders while building trusted partnerships
