Onsite Instructor, Learning Lab - Houston, TX - Part Time

Facilitate student learning and performance assessments in the on-site Clinical Learning & Simulation Center by teaching nursing skills and high-fidelity patient simulation scenarios. Serve as a professional role model, provide constructive feedback, evaluate clinical learning using evidence-based tools, and support student advancement through clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the nursing process. Coordinate with supervisor and lab faculty for referrals, quality improvement, onboarding of new instructors/technicians, and lab operations such as schedules and inventory.
