Job Summary

Build and continuously improve sales enablement for an inside sales team, owning onboarding and structured ramp to drive higher conversion and customer experience. Design and deliver training programs, develop and maintain the sales playbook and job-aid content library, and identify gaps in the sales process with leadership. Analyze call recordings, CRM data, and sales metrics to surface coaching opportunities, partner with RevOps on enablement technology (including AI), and help managers strengthen coaching and 1:1s.

•Continuously build and improve skills, knowledge, and performance of an inside sales team.
•Design and deliver training and onboarding programs, driving measurable improvement in conversion and customer experience.
•Develop and maintain the sales playbook and a content library of job aids, call guides, and product knowledge.
•Analyze call recordings, CRM data, and sales metrics to identify coaching opportunities and track progress.
•Partner with RevOps leadership to implement enablement technology (including AI tools) and support sales managers in effective coaching and 1:1s.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a similar L&D role focused on sales teams.
•Experience in an inside sales environment (ideally home services, field services, or high-volume inbound/outbound).
•Strong facilitation and presentation skills to engage experienced salespeople.
•Proficiency analyzing sales data and call recordings to identify coaching opportunities.
•A track record designing training programs that produce measurable performance improvement.
