Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain SCCM solutions for OS deployment, patching, software distribution, and compliance.
  • •Develop and manage Ansible automation frameworks for Windows configuration, orchestration, and SCCM integration.
  • •Build and maintain automated Windows server build pipelines, including gold images and baseline configurations.
  • •Deliver Infrastructure as Code for provisioning and configuration management, integrating SCCM and Ansible with CI/CD and Git workflows.
  • •Automate patching, remediation, and compliance enforcement; troubleshoot complex Windows platform issues and lead platform modernisation initiatives to reduce manual effort while meeting SLAs and availability targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience delivering Wintel platform engineering and SCCM-based solutions at scale.
  • •Proven ability implementing and optimizing SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager) environments for OS deployment, patching, and compliance.
  • •Hands-on experience with Ansible for Windows automation, including WinRM and PowerShell modules for orchestration.
  • •Experience building automated OS deployment and patching frameworks and transforming Windows administration into automation-led operations.
  • •Ability to act as a technical authority: define automation standards, frameworks, and best practices while solving complex enterprise platform issues.
