Key Responsibilities

  • •AI-READY DATA GOVERNANCE STRATEGY: Define and implement data governance framework aligned to AI and advanced analytics initiatives
  • •RESPONSIBLE AI & RISK OVERSIGHT: Apply responsible AI guidelines and collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity
  • •DATA STEWARDSHIP & OWNERSHIP: Define data ownership and stewardship roles across business domains; enable domains to manage data as AI assets
  • •PRIVACY, SECURITY & COMPLIANCE: Ensure AI datasets comply with data privacy regulations and internal security standards
  • •CHANGE MANAGEMENT & ENABLEMENT: Drive adoption of governance practices through training, communication, and tooling

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • •7+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or enterprise data strategy
  • •Experience supporting AI/ML, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
  • •Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, metadata, lineage, and quality frameworks
  • •Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
