Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product end to end, including discovery, PRDs, backlog, prioritization, launch, and follow-up metrics.
  • •Set and run a metrics scoreboard: define, instrument, and report the metrics for your area.
  • •Lead discovery-to-launch cycles with real PRDs and shipped releases alongside engineering and design.
  • •Move core marketplace metrics such as conversion, GMV, rebooking, or payment success rate by tackling funnel, matching, or payments.
  • •Lead at least one initiative where AI is central to the solution.

Key Requirements

  • •Have owned a core consumer, mobile, or marketplace product end to end and moved a key metric.
  • •Strong metrics and experimentation skills, including designing tests and acting on results.
  • •Ability to write real PRDs, run discovery, and work effectively with engineering and design.
  • •Data literacy with comfort using SQL or strong analytics fluency.
  • •Experience building AI into how you ship (not only into the product).
