Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
  • •Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
  • •Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys and make trade-offs across speed, UX, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.
  • •Launch features, monitor performance, use data/feedback/research to improve product decisions, and drive iterations post-release.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
  • •Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex financial workflows into usable customer journeys.
  • •Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
  • •Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and learning after launch.
  • •Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management with high ownership.
