Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and monitor plant budgets, cost forecasts, and budget exception reports while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • •Perform monthly variance analysis, reconcile actual costs to budget/forecasts, and distribute accurate results with minimal direction.
  • •Prepare journal entries and monthly/quarterly/year-end accruals with precision.
  • •Track routine and project costs with business, engineering, plant, and project managers, and review inputs to changes in the budget plan.
  • •Coordinate plant asset lifecycle activities, including new asset creation/retirement and support asset inventory and business plan/5-year outlook updates.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related technical discipline plus 4 years of equivalent related experience, or a 2-year degree plus 5 years, or 8 years equivalent experience.
  • •Strong understanding of SAP and financial reporting tools.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to reconcile financial data accurately and perform forecasting.
  • •Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and ability to read, write, and understand English.
