Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safe, productive work and serving as escalation point for daily operations.
  • •Engage in day-to-day tasks across warehouse and kitchen, maintaining a positive and safe atmosphere for customers and team members.
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; 18 years of age or older
  • •Able to stand and move heavy products; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck

  • •Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • •Flexibility in schedule to accommodate various shifts at the hiring site
