Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with regional and business-line teams on priority pursuits, including pre-positioning and responses to RFQs/RFPs, through shortlist interviews.
•Lead and manage large, complex must-win proposals from capture through interview stage, including development of schedules, templates, content plans, drafts, and compliance matrices.
•Provide leadership and direction for proposal writing and editing of executive summaries and other proposal sections, and ensure compliance with delegation of authority guidelines.
•Facilitate color-team, quality, and compliance reviews; manage proposal and presentation revisions based on review feedback and lessons learned.
•Manage team performance, mentor junior and mid-level proposal staff, and monitor must-win pursuit progress to drive win strategies and leadership communication.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience).
•3+ years of people-management experience, including recruiting, developing, mentoring, and retaining talent.
•Working knowledge of the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry with emphasis on U.S. Federal clients, projects, and competitors.
•Proven ability to estimate level of effort, assign and balance workloads, lead diverse teams, and collaborate with business lines and client account managers.
•Excellent writing and editing skills, including command of grammar, tone, and style, with proficiency in desktop publishing and design tools.
