Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver the highest level of customer experience and technical assistance to customers and partners, managing simultaneous requests of varying complexity and priority
  • •Take ownership of driving complex scenarios by collaborating with engineering, product management and sales to deliver outcomes
  • •Work with customers to ensure successful enablement, onboarding, and integration of the platform into day-to-day workflows
  • •Improve customer understanding and usage by building in-product guides and delivering live or recorded product training
  • •Identify opportunities to improve Obsidian’s ability to support customers, including new processes, tools, or prototypes and deliver Account Health checks and Quarterly Business Reviews

Key Requirements

  • •Must-have: strong communication and technical skills to act as a field-facing ambassador for Obsidian
  • •Experience building and managing customer relationships in cybersecurity, especially Cloud and SaaS security
  • •Ability to prioritize multiple requests and deliver results
  • •Experience administering and configuring SaaS apps (e.g., Google Workspace/GSuite, O365, Okta, Duo)
  • •Experience with APIs, integrations, and middleware
