Staff Product Manager

Own the long-term vision and strategy for an IT Operations Management (ITOM) product team, translating customer research and emerging technology trends into an adaptable roadmap. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from requirements definition to prioritization—while turning complex IT workflows into clear engineering inputs. Partner closely with UX and Engineering, act as the cross-functional communication bridge, and co-create with global enterprise customers to deliver scalable, high-value outcomes.
