Key Responsibilities

•Teach construction management fundamentals, including planning and scheduling.
•Help clients develop budgeting and cost control practices.
•Guide clients on contract negotiation, permit management, and safety regulations.
•Support career development with resume, LinkedIn, and cover letter review plus interview prep.
•Advise on networking strategy and salary negotiation while hosting sessions virtually and setting own hours and rates.

•Hands-on experience in construction management (e.g., as a project manager, site manager, or industry professional).
•A strong track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
•A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth.
•Experience teaching or guiding construction management skills like planning and scheduling.
