Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions to business requirements, including complex data/system development and technology integration.
  • •Facilitate system, service, and product lifecycle to ensure stable, secure, performant, and high-availability operations across system and cloud services.
  • •Revise/update programs and provide required documentation; execute technical feasibility studies and solution reviews; define and review technical blueprints for internal IT projects.
  • •Customize and develop enhancements; execute/support problem management and continuous improvement; participate in de-escalation activities.
  • •Represent SAP to customers, communicate processes/policies clearly, and advocate for end-user needs; guide build to run engagement and define technical standards/frameworks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,718 - 216,128 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field with 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job or related occupation; or a Master’s degree with 4 years in the job or related occupation.
  • •Experience architecting, building, testing, maintaining, and operating SAP systems.
  • •Experience driving SAP S/4HANA migration, upgrade, and conversion projects from on-premises or hybrid environments to cloud-native solutions across major hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • •Experience analyzing and implementing SAP support methodology and SAP S/4HANA architecture, including HA/DR design and system resilience using load balancers and virtual machines.
  • •Experience with SAP cloud solutions and integrations (SCP, Ariba, SuccessFactors), and implementing SAP Solution Manager/Analytics Cloud plus secure authentication protocols (SSO, SPNEGO, Kerberos).
