Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the integrated CCEX program plan, milestones, release roadmap, critical path, and executive delivery commitments across the S/4HANA migration.
  • •Lead execution across Honeywell business/technology teams, CCEX product owners, the core S/4 program, EAQC, and internal/external vendor teams.
  • •Establish unified governance for scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change control.
  • •Drive architecture and design alignment, environment/test-data readiness, SIT/regression/UAT, cutover rehearsals, production deployment, and hypercare.
  • •Govern CCEX/S/4 coexistence (routing, reconciliation, fallback, data ownership, interface retirement, business-continuity readiness) and report outcomes including minimal disruption and data integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in IT analysis, program or project leadership with direct accountability for complex enterprise delivery.
  • •Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or similarly complex business transformation with significant downstream application and integration impacts.
  • •Proven multi-vendor leadership across internal teams, system integrators, product teams, and globally distributed delivery resources.
  • •Strong program governance across integrated planning, financials, risks, dependencies, decisions, scope, quality, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
