Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply a first-principles approach to design production to simplify requirements, optimize, accelerate, and automate.
  • •Assist in designing tunnel support structures and underground connectors, and support concept design for stations and alignments.
  • •Coordinate directly with hotel and property clients to align station and connector design with brand and property style.
  • •Produce quality design documents from initial concepts to construction documents and implement QC measures.
  • •Research building codes, materials, and industry guidelines and ensure design intent carries across structural, civil, MEP, and in-house teams.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Professional degree in Architecture.
  • •2-4 years of professional design experience on commercial, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • •High proficiency in Revit in a professional office setting.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
  • •Portfolio demonstrating relevant project work.
