Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and empower a team of engineers to self-organize and deliver end-to-end software solutions, driving value for the business in small batches.
  • •Mentor and coach engineers to grow talent, retention and performance within a hyper-growing environment.
  • •Collaborate with product, design and data teams to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable technical strategy.
  • •Oversee architecture and implementation of distributed systems, ensuring scalability, availability, and latency targets.
  • •Guide discovery, planning and execution to consistently deliver value to customers while adhering to engineering standards.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of software engineering, preferably within Extreme Programming environment (TDD, Pair Programming, Simple Design, and Continuous Refactoring)
  • •2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience
  • •Experience in Distributed Systems Architecture (Microservices, Event-Driven, and RESTful Services)
  • •Experience building, maintaining & improving with Trunk Based Development and Continuous Delivery
  • •Solid experience in designing, implementing, monitoring and scaling of web apps and APIs
