Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive analytics-wide innovation by identifying practical opportunities created by AI, modern analytics tooling, and evolving platform capabilities.
  • •Define and execute strategy for semantic layers, self-service analytics, and metric governance.
  • •Raise technical standards across the analytics community to improve quality, consistency, and scalability.
  • •Partner across Product, Data, Engineering, and Analytics leaders to shape the future direction of analytics.
  • •Own and evolve strategically important analytics products and reporting outputs, and coach analysts and analytics leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Have deep expertise in analytics, BI, analytics engineering, and/or data strategy, and understand how these disciplines create value together.
  • •Strong technical capability including coding, analytics tooling, data modelling, and analytics architecture, moving between strategy and implementation.
  • •Influence stakeholders at all levels and drive meaningful change without relying on formal authority.
  • •Strong understanding of semantic layers, metric governance, self-service analytics, and modern BI concepts.
  • •Demonstrate a deep interest in AI and ideally have helped lead adoption of AI-enabled analytics capabilities.
