Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day warehouse, transportation, and imports/exports operations across North America, including distribution activities and external warehouse management.
  • •Manage third-party warehouse, logistics, and transportation providers to ensure performance, issue resolution, service-level compliance, and KPI reporting.
  • •Oversee inventory control, distribution deliveries, and customer satisfaction while coordinating outbound transportation activities.
  • •Follow up on imports and exports orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), security, and quality standards, and lead facility management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • •APICS certification preferred.

  • •Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation, hazardous materials handling, and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
