Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive work assignments and determine sequencing based on schedules, tool availability, and priorities.
  • •Retrieve and review drawings, specifications, sketches, and 3D models; use MES and shop notes to support work.
  • •Plan and perform precision layouts, measurements, and calculations using geometry, trigonometry, optics, and 3D metrology systems.
  • •Fabricate, modify, and certify master, secondary, and temporary tooling; perform STO and minor tool repairs and production assistance.
  • •Support QA by performing checks, documenting work and rework, handling hazardous materials per SDS, and maintaining required personal and tool certifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with hand tools, powered hand tools, or floor mounted power tools (e.g., drills, sanders, saws).
