Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead in-store makeup training sessions and workshops for staff, ensuring techniques and safety standards are followed.
  • •Develop and deliver coaching programs to improve product knowledge and sales performance of beauty products.
  • •Assess trainee progress, provide feedback, and maintain an up-to-date portfolio of makeup artistry examples.
  • •Collaborate with sales teams to meet targets and monitor retail metrics.
  • •Stay current with industry trends and certifications to enhance training quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on makeup artistry, beauty therapy, or beauty consultant experience.
  • •Previous experience in retail and sales, with ability to promote and sell products and monitor sales metrics.
  • •Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring staff, especially for senior trainer roles.
  • •Portfolio showcasing makeup artistry, application techniques, and before-and-after results is highly beneficial.
  • •Certification in makeup application is preferred.
