Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders—including architects, engineers, and supply chains—to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips, and forecast/update key milestones.
  • •Verify project governance processes and ensure best practices are applied across projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.
  • •Manage supplier and project team interfaces through monthly trackers and weekly reviews; monitor multiple projects and provide technical support and rapid RFIs.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years of relevant project management experience supporting large-scale construction projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or an applicable bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, including producing and reviewing project reporting.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
