Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and integrate flight control and guidance systems for UAVs and aerospace platforms.
  • •Develop and optimize control algorithms to meet stability, performance, and safety requirements.
  • •Create dynamic system models and simulations using MATLAB/Simulink and related tools.
  • •Perform system verification through simulation, SIL/HIL, ground testing, and flight testing.
  • •Investigate system issues, conduct fault analysis, and improve control system robustness and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Control Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • •5–7+ years of experience in flight control, guidance & control, or control systems engineering in the aerospace industry.
  • •Strong experience developing control algorithms for UAVs, aircraft, or autonomous systems.
  • •Proficiency with MATLAB, Simulink, C/C++, and/or Python.
  • •Experience with control system verification/validation and testing (SIL/HIL and flight testing preferred).
