Perform high-quality auto interior and glass repairs in Carvana’s Inspection Centers, fixing damaged upholstery materials and repairing interiors like seats, consoles, dashboards, headliners, and stitching. Color-match/dye materials and repair window and windshield damage including cracks and scratches. Work with state-of-the-art tools, support a fast-paced production environment, and be available for mandatory overtime as needed.

•Repair damaged cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery materials.
•Repair interior components including center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic sections, and stitching.
•Perform color matching/dying of cloth and fabric to match repaired areas.
•Repair window/windshield damage including stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches.
•Work in Carvana Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools and be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (MVR check may apply).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Ability to use safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
