Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Support store team goals by educating customers on products, in-store promotions, and events.
  • •Assist in store departments such as consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Execute daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, loyalty promotions, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators and follow asset protection policies.
