•Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and support customer engagement to drive clientele generation.
•Deliver an elevated in-store client experience as a brand ambassador, educating customers on sustainability.
•Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback and scoring on service evaluation through NPS.
•Ensure consistent inventory accuracy and controls, and contribute to loss prevention across the business.
•Uphold time and attendance policy and keep the selling floor aligned with Reformation’s brand and concept standards.

•Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and at least 3 days per week, weekends included.
