Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely move, store, and supply materials to designated areas to support production operations while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.
  • •Receive and process material kitting orders and incoming raw materials to execute production schedules and follow inventory processes.
  • •Complete inventory transactions accurately and perform quality checks per Eaton guidelines.
  • •Own and lead 5S process discipline for the assigned warehouse area; comply with safety and industrial hygiene requirements, including PPE and safe equipment operation.
  • •Safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., stand-up/sit-down forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, automatic pallet wrappers) and prepare finished products for final shipment, including packaging, documentation, and loading.

  • •High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •No relocation benefit; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered (active-duty military exempt).

  • •Preferred: 2+ years of warehouse experience in an industrial environment.
  • •Preferred: 2+ years of forklift operation experience and at least 6 months of RF scanner experience.
