Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and installations for the plasma module within RFAB, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams across the fab. Monitor and analyze tool performance data to eliminate repetitive downtime, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate supplier service when needed. Prepare technical reports and recommendations based on findings, while working B or D shift nights at the Richardson Fab.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, improvements, upgrades, and equipment installation for the plasma module in RFAB.
•Interface and communicate with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to resolve issues efficiently.
•Monitor and analyze related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address tool issues.
•Coordinate supplier service and repairs where needed.
•Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and be 18 years of age or older.
•2 years of semiconductor technician experience OR 8 years of non-semiconductor/military technician experience.
•Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
•Flexible to work day or night shift, including one weekend shift and holidays.
•Ability to troubleshoot and maintain plasma-related equipment, including vacuum, RF, gas delivery, and electrical systems (preferred).
