Job Summary

Lead the application portfolio across all business lines in Ukraine, shaping a scalable application strategy and roadmap for cement, RMC, aggregates, and precast. You will govern prioritization and lifecycle management, oversee delivery of application changes, and drive modernization by rationalizing legacy, siloed systems. Manage a small cross-functional team, align integrations (e.g., SAP, Okta, BI) with enterprise architecture and security policies, and coordinate governance with IT and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess the current business application landscape and develop/own an application roadmap aligned to company strategy.
•Identify opportunities to consolidate, modernize, or retire legacy systems.
•Create and maintain application governance for selection, prioritization, and lifecycle management; lead prioritization with IT and business stakeholders.
•Oversee delivery of application changes and manage integrations (e.g., SAP, Okta, BI tools).
•Manage and develop a small team while coordinating governance forums and vendor/service-provider relationships.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in application or solution management.
•Demonstrated experience managing enterprise or cross-functional business applications.
•Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, 1C), business processes, and software lifecycle management.

•Fluent in Ukrainian and English.
