Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day inspection center operations and ensure adherence to operating standards and procedures.
  • •Mentor, provide accountability, and manage performance for direct reports; support succession planning through coaching and training.
  • •Maintain supervisory staffing by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • •Ensure progression path training and certification processes are executed consistently for leads and associates.
  • •Ensure health and safety and loss prevention compliance and guide the team to meet quality, production, and cost performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
