Key Responsibilities

  • •Incubate and pilot new programs and scalable processes to mature recurring revenue offers within the CX portfolio.
  • •Develop and execute migration plans and strategies to reduce attrition and drive expansion across renewals and lifecycle motions.
  • •Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product Management, Sales, and business stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps and future-state offerings.
  • •Deliver product and systems knowledge to sales/partner teams through demos, enablement sessions, field/partner calls, and strategic alignment forums.
  • •Track customer outcomes, manage risks/opportunities, coordinate program rollouts for customer segments, and support QBRs to align on metrics and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s + 5 years of related experience, or Master’s + 3 years of related experience, or PhD + 0 years, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • •Understands the CX portfolio and recurring revenue offers, including software and services.
  • •Ability to lead moderately complex projects and implement scalable processes across accounts or regions.
  • •Experience supporting enablement and program launches for recurring revenue offers and customer segments.
  • •Ability to track customer outcomes, escalate risks/opportunities, and refine adoption metrics and reporting.
