Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff, including new entity formation, geographic expansion, and M&A integrations.
  • •Build and drive program plans by translating objectives into workstreams, owners, dependencies, readiness gates, and decisions.
  • •Connect the dots across functions by partnering with People Ops, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, IT, and others to prevent gaps.
