Deliver superior service to American Express Card Members at the Centurion Lounge in Miami Airport. Welcome members, take end-to-end ownership of the customer experience, and resolve issues with a customer-first mindset. Provide concierge, lifestyle recommendations, and travel consultation with minimal reservation assistance, working closely with lounge partners in a fast-paced environment and supporting lounge hours from early morning to late evening.

•Welcome Card Members upon arrival at reception and provide access to the lounge.

•Provide travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance while partnering with food and beverage lounge partners.
