  • •Analyze and solve engineering problems for installation, start-up, and operation of digital/analog/hybrid control systems and related equipment at customer locations.
  • •Assist the engineering team with assignments involving technology outside normal expertise.
  • •Direct support for customer personnel performing installation and routine modification/repair, with guidance from higher-level engineers.
  • •Provide engineering advisory assistance and serve as a liaison between customers and the company.
  • •Receive and investigate complaints, recommend/resolve solutions, log and track calls, write/modify maintenance procedures, run quality control tests/evaluations, and submit timely activity reports; travel frequently.

Key Requirements
