Job Summary

Serve as a field-based Sales Engineer supporting customers with fast, accurate technical help for installation, start-up, and operation of digital/analog/hybrid control systems. Work as part of an engineering team to solve complex site engineering issues, advise customers, and coordinate internally. Investigate and resolve complaints, log and track customer calls, maintain strong customer relationships, and travel frequently to support site services and emergencies.

•Analyze and solve engineering problems for installation, start-up, and operation of digital/analog/hybrid control systems and related equipment at customer locations.
•Assist the engineering team with assignments involving technology outside normal expertise.
•Direct support for customer personnel performing installation and routine modification/repair, with guidance from higher-level engineers.
•Provide engineering advisory assistance and serve as a liaison between customers and the company.
•Receive and investigate complaints, recommend/resolve solutions, log and track calls, write/modify maintenance procedures, run quality control tests/evaluations, and submit timely activity reports; travel frequently.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in industrial automation/computer science and technology.
•1-3 years of DCS/PLC engineering, service, or maintenance experience.
•Strong technical knowledge of process automation products.
•Fluent in English and Mandarin (oral and written).
•Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision, and handle site travel for emergency service.
